Yipee! Today is Kanelbulledagen, or as we like to call it in English, Cinnamon Roll Day. And just like last year, I couldn’t resist the temptation to whip up a fresh batch of cinnamon buns. But, let’s just say things escalated—in a delicious way.

For context, I’m flying solo this weekend. So naturally, I thought I’d make just a small batch of cinnamon buns to celebrate. Well, let me tell you: a “small” batch turned into 38 cinnamon buns! Yup, you read that right—38.
